Reply with quote | #1 | Might as well throw some love in there for the NFL.
Anybody catch the Superbowl on Tele? What was your thoughts, that 100 yard return play was amazing and such a big play in the game too. When fitgerald went through the middle I thought it was over for the steelers.. but then whammo.. up steps big Roethlisberger and hits a pass to Santonio Holmes for the gamewinner!
Another awesome superbowl!

Favre's with the Vikings now. I like that. I'll be cheering them on this season. |

Reply with quote | #5 | Bucs fan here but I think it's a rebuilding season at best. Can't wait to see them at Wembley though.
Favre is going to look very strange in purple at Lambeau Field. |

Reply with quote | #9 | Pats fan here. They are probably going to play harder and stronger this year. Losing the Super Bowl ou know they were looking to prove something last year than Brady goes down they still have a really good season but are kept out of the playoffs, holy crap I feel sorry for the other teams in the NFL this year they are going out to prove so much this year it's gonna rock.

Reply with quote | #12 | The Pats have quite a few questions on Defense after losing several mainstays but if 'Brady to Moss' is back on form it won't matter if a teams scores 30 points because they'll score 40.
Vick has done his time and should be allowed to move on. I think his new role as a option player will suit his skills better as he was never an accurate passer. |

Reply with quote | #13 | Yeah I can't wait to see monday's game and see if they come out both barrels blazing or are going to stay reserved.
Vick... I think what one does to animals tells you everything you need to know about the human being. I saw in his eyes he had no real care but was just going through the motions, he was in prison up here and they are not really that hard on guys anyways. What hurt was his pocketbook. Personally I think he should have gotten ten years.
Anyways beside my own personal beliefs, Vick playing ball could be dangerous for him and others. I realize everyone out there is a "professional" but even in my world tempers flare people get angry and things are done. What happens when he goes up against somebody with a grudge against what he has done or worse a fellow teammate feels there still needs to be a lesson learned (for those of you who played ball you know what I mean). I think there should have been even more cool down time after he was released from prison to help this situation, at least a year suspension while he made up for some of his atrocities.

Reply with quote | #15 | Getting beaten out of sight by the Cowboys wasn't a great start to the season but I'll be happy with 6 wins this year for the Bucs.
At least I'm not a Bills fan!! Why did he run the ball out of the Endzone? That's just poor coaching IMHO. |
