I always have had some buyer that dont pays, and I have to open a process, wait 7 days, and then close it. But what does the amonestation to non-payer buyers? really affects them? because lately a buyer with good feedback buyed me a figure, and after he said that it is in too poor condition (before even paying it) and that he is not longer interested. I have open and closed the process, but I want to know what eBay does to this kind of people that only makes lose the time of others.
